Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The list Mr [redacted] Whalen provided is incorrect and he knows itand I know understand why he has refused to provide me a list of the extra Items this last yearTotal Paid is $11,Provide and install LED Flood lights That is on the attached document and was part of what he changed his quote from $10,to $11,Install two 120volt amp GFCI CircuitsAlso not the attached document and part of his original quoteProvide and install two recess light fixtures I do not know how to respond to that as the quote shows recessed light fixtures on attached document...4.Provide and install one brass floor receptacleHe promised in his quote again on attached documentInstall conduit from out building to home for TV and data cable was part of condition to do the job he aggreed to do this for me in the begenning as I had most of the conduit nessasary for him to do it behind the barn and we looked at it he told me that was no problem he would be digging a trench their anyway and he would do it as part of the job Regards, [redacted]

Just for the record, Mr [redacted] never called the office concerning this matter and if he called my cell phone, sometimes I cannot answer because of my work.I met with Mr [redacted] and talked with him about his issues He admitted he called the Revdex.com because he was upset and in a hurry He also acknowledged that we did not have in our quote about the outlet for the well or wiring for the generator.I have never over charged him or any of my customers in the eighteen years of being in businessBut since he needs the money to finish his project, we are sending him a check by certified mail in the amount of $905.00.I will consider this matter closed and will have no more dealings or conversations with Mr [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below February, 03, I do not accept his offer of $for the following reasons1stMrWhalen’s first sentence about me not calling the office is a straight up wrong, as it was him that told me early on when we started to build the house not to call the office but to call his cell phone as that was the best way to get ahold of him2ndMrWhalen’s next sentence states he met with meWhen in fact he has never met with me during this time or any other since the complaint was filedHe also claims statements by me during this imaginary meeting 3rdHe states he has never over charged any of his customers I know to be as he over charged meHe also states I was in a hurry is why I contacted the Revdex.com which is also as this job was supposed to be completed Decand this is now Feb that is MonthsI was patient for quite some time4thThe amount he has taken from me is $Not $5thThere are still plugs in the house that don’t workOne in the laundry room to the Ironing board, One GFI in the garage that trips when you so much as plug a phone charger in to it In closing I will still be true to my word to him on the phone and accept $of the $that he owes me if received within the next daysIf not received in the next days it is my intent to contact legal counsel to pursue not only the amount owed but legal and court filing fees the amount of the repairs, liability for statements made about myself or anyone else associated in this matter, compensation for time spent in pursuit of this matter as well as any other fees cost or travel associated in this manner Regards, [redacted]
