I have read you are closing my complaint ID#[redacted] and wish to state, Damian’s Automotive did not answer or address my concerns. Each time I brought the car in they gave it back to me in the same condition and it was 2 weeks later. This last time I scheduled an appointment (2 weeks out) and then prior to the appointment, I could not reach them – no one was answering the phone and the business was not open during normal business hours. The day of the appointment I tried calling since I figured they’d definitely be there and the phone was filled and I could not leave a message and no one answered the phone. I don’t consider this addressing my issues whatsoever. Each time we brought the vehicle in to address our concerns and 4 times later the same issues have never been fixed. It’s very disappointing they appear to be a small business and lure individuals in trying to help them instead of going to a large dealer and they take advantage. I would at least hope you could re-word your statement so when others read the complaint they don’t get mislead that Damian’s tried to fix it but we weren’t satisfied.
