? I am rejecting this response because: It is too dry! They actually offered, which I accepted, to tow the vehicle back to their facility to perform the repairs themselvesWe have not yet discussed how the original tow bill will be handledAlso, ? I have not seen or driven the vehicle as of this date so I can't comment on how good their workmanship isHowever,the sales manager Jason has stayed in contact and tried to resolve this with me! He has even been patient with me in my dealings with the two previous facilities that couldn't get to the truck in a timely matterI like the fact that they not only offered to do the repairs but also came to pick up the truck themselvesThat is something very commendable and I will certainly be positive on that matter and hold them to a higher standard now as well as recommend them as to their service.just to be fair, we also have not discussed the original tow bill possibly because I do not actually have the bill from the outfit yet

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/09/13) */ On August 3, Mr [redacted] under the purchase name of ISRAA Trucking, Incpurchased the above stated Freightliner Vin# XXXXXXThe original asking price of this said truck was [redacted] Upon negotiations of the truck we reduced the asking price to [redacted] for Mr [redacted] , in which he agreed uponOn, August 3, Mr [redacted] came to our establishment to complete the sale with cash and stated that he only had [redacted] and no more money to spendSo, at that time we agreed once again to reduce the price of the truck and completed the sale 8/12/16- [redacted] (salesman) received a call and they said the EGR Cooler was bad and was at a dealerHe asked for an estimate to be sent to usIt was never received 8/15/16- [redacted] received a call and they said that the head and the #cylinder were badHe said it was at a Detroit dealer [redacted] asked for an estimateIt was never received 8/15/16- [redacted] received a call and was asked what amount er could do to helpAsked for [redacted] and the [redacted] At that time the customer stated that if we sent him [redacted] he would accept it as payment for repairs in fullOnce again [redacted] asked for an estimate of repairIt was never received 8/16/- [redacted] received a call and was told that EGR Cooler was bad and he wanted us to pay [redacted] for the repair 8/19/- [redacted] received a call and was asked what we were going to do and had a person who presented themselves as a shop owner and said it was going to be around [redacted] to fix the truck [redacted] told them he would have to call them back but the shop owner had no phone number that he could return his call onHe asked [redacted] to just call the contact phone number that we had on file for the customerWe never received a quote faxed like we requested 8/25/- [redacted] (salesman) received a call and he was told at that time that they had not actually taken the truck to a shopBut they knew the oil cooler was bad 8/26/16- [redacted] received another call from someone, who asked to call for Mr [redacted] , [redacted] at this time told them that the original asking price for the truck was [redacted] we reduced the price for Mr [redacted] (ISRAA Trucking, Inc.) to [redacted] and we sold the truck as is, with no warrantyAnd stated that we are sorry but there is nothing we could do for him 8/31/16- [redacted] received a call from someone claiming to be Mr [redacted] 's older brotherHe threatened that "we would fix the bad, blown up motor or else he would take action"He then stated that he would take the ruck to a shop and find our what was wrong with the truck and then hung up 9/06/- We received the complaint from the Revdex.com 9/07/16- We received a quote from *[redacted] , dated 09/06/16, in the amount of [redacted] It was our findings that nothing on the quote has anything to do with a bad or blown motor Damiron is not accepting any responsibility for the repairs that have been requested

working with Mr *** the whole timeWe have been waiting on a quote from Mr*** in regards to the issue with the truck.We
are working and have been working on a resolution even prior to this
