Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because, Damm thinks it is ok and I am supposed to buy a car financed by him for over $5,000, put $down, pay monthly payments of $242.00, and put over $2,in it in months to make it safe to drive? He just slapped an inspection sticker on it I am sure it would not have passed inspection is fine, bu sellling someone a defective vehicle and expecting them to put all this money into it is bad business, it would cost me over $10,to make a vehicle worth $1,safe and running See my attachment of the things wrong with it and what I paid so far and the KBB on it Just because someone has bad credit, should not mean that they ripped off by buying a defective vehicle and the answer is that he sold it AS-IS I am out over $2,in three months, and have no vehicle at all now, and no money to try to get another one I demand want $back of what I put into this truck He is going to make twice now that I repaired just some of the things that were bad I guess I have to drive a truck with no a/c, no power steering because it is broken, leaking transmission, because I have had creditI have had open heart surgery and a/c is a MUST for me, it worked for a little while, now the compressor quitThe brakes are shot, see my attachment Fixing a few things is ok, but having to rebuild the truck? *** *** purchased her vehicle in December of 2014. She made one payment in January. In February she called and said she had replaced the tires and had done someadditional work to the vehicle. Ms*** then asked for an extension of one month on her payment, which was
granted at no additional charge to Ms***. In March Ms.*** again called asking for an additional extension, which again was granted with no additional charge. On April Ms*** called and made a promise to make her Aprilpayment by the 30th, which she failed to do. In short, Ms*** has made no payments on her vehicle since 1-26-and Damm Cars finally picked her vehicle up in May of2015. All vehicles are sold unless otherwise stated and Ms*** signed a buyers guide when she purchased the vehicle. Damm Cars tried to work with Ms***by granting her two extensions giving her days to come up with her payment which she failed to do
