ordered gift card for grandaughter for Christmas gift and never received on 11/25/I ordered a $AMERICAN DOLLAR GIFT CARD FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR GRANDAUGHTER AS OF THIS DATE APRIL 13, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVEDMY BANK ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED ON 11/25/$IN FOREIGN MONEY FOR THIS CARD I FINALLY FOUND E-MAIL SITE AND CONTACTED AND GOT REPLY THAT GIFT CARDS WERE SENT OUT ON E-MAIL AND TO LOOK UNDER SPAM I NEVER FOUND THIS I SENT ANOTHER E-MAIL LATER AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REPLY OR MY GIFT CARD
Merchandise is poor quality/faulty Broke within two weeks Company refuses to exchange or refund money

My daughter carried the backpack for less than two week and already the strap buckle broke and the material on the strap is showing a flawI emailed the company and received the following response:
We cannot accept any items for exchange if they are worn or damaged upon use
This is our policy, you can file a chargeback with your bank if you would like to communicate with the billing department about this order, but we cannot accept damaged items that were not damaged upon arrival
