Dan Bee Roofing replaced our roof in July 2011. Our contract states 30 Year AR Architectural Shingles. Obviously there is a 30 year guarantee on these shingles. We have asked owner [redacted] numerous times both in person and over the phone for the written guarantee. The latest request was about 2 weeks ago. He says he will get it to us however it has been 14 months since the work has been completed and we still have no written guarantee. He have no information on the shingles such as the brand or manufacturer. Should we have a problem with the shingles we need this information. This guarantee should have been presented upon completion of the work. We also requested VENTED skylights in the 2 bathrooms, which were in our price quote. Dan told us they were unavailable however one of his employees told me they were never ordered because he forgot. I was told that vented sky lights are more expensive then non vented which we received. He had no choice but to take the non-vented ones when the original ones were already removed.
