[redacted] put a roof on our house a couple of years ago The valleys leak ever since The flat part of the roof needs to be replaced He assured the previous owners that he would redo the roof in the spring at no charge to us , we have it in writing, the new owners of the home I have personally contacted him about times, I got through to him once He said he would come rectify the problem but never answered after that Now my husband has tried to reach him with no responseSo we are stuck with a leaky new roof that he put on Do not use Dan bee roofing he will not be responsible for his work The roof never should have leaked in the first placeSince I have it in writing we are taking it to small claims court

Year old steel roof is leaking Either can't contact him or else when someone does answer my call they say they are coming out but never show

We have had leaking on our metal roof for yearsIt damaged a plasma tvWe have contacted him yearly multiple times and he does not return calls or says he will recaulk chimneyWe have told him that isn't the problemWe now have $hardwood floors installed that are getting wet with each rainAgain called him with no response

We don 't have a written warranty. We were told 50 years on the roof.

I spoke to the Laura on 4/25/17 and again told her it wasn't the roof, it was the chimney. I went over there on Tuesday, April 25th and tarped the chimney, not the roof. I asked her to contact me if there were anymore leaks...

and gave her my cell number, as well as my wifes, and the business phone to call. It has rained 5 out of the last 7 days and I have not heard from her. If I believe the leak was a result of the roof, I would definitely stand behind my work and resolve the problem.
