As per our conversation I apologize to Mr [redacted]l for this billing error. His is and was paid in a timely matter, and his account has a zero balance, his account has been closed and he will not be receiving any statements or invoices from [redacted] Pool Tech. He is and never was never at any risk by [redacted] Pool Tech for any collections or credit reporting. He was never sent any notice by Dan [redacted] Pool Tech stating otherwise.
