Ms*** admits in her complaint that she was aware of our policyThe policy is not unfair. Ms*** was also informed that due to the nature of ballooning and our strict weather requirements that 5-cancellations is average and some folks are cancelled even moreThe only reason we ever cancel a flight is due to unsafe weather conditions.Ms*** tried twice in to fly, on 9/and 9/She tried once in May on 5/and again in August on 8/We regret anytime we have to cancel a flight, but when we do, we provide an extensive array of data that backs up our decision not to flyIt is well-documented.While we believe that our process is transparent and fully explained before the purchase, we have decided to grant Ms*** her refund.
