I have never received any court papers from her nor has she even tried to contact me recently. I have gone over multiple times each time she asked this past spring and winter and perform repairs and I never heard anything back. yes we do have mutual friends and have never heard anything from them either. Yes we did insulate the new roof section but not the existing camp where the heat loss is happening. If you have a valley in your roof it is a maintenance issue that if you don't keep them clean with ice expanding underneath the roofing will cause problems especially with excessive heat loss. If she would reach out to me I have no problem making another trip over to see if I can't resolve some of these issues that she says that she still has. I did not replace the entire roof on the camp and she didn't want to do the entire job and only wanted to patch in the back where we worked. This is an old camp that has had multiple Renovations done to it. They also performed work at in the space after I was completed. Please let me know what else I can do Denise I have done hundreds of jobs out there with very few complaints. Generally I can read the customer prior to doing any work for them. I was worried when I took this job on because she was going through a divorce and was very emotional at the time and I did everything I could to try to help with pricing and work load. I don't know what world she lives in butt we live in Maine and we have to keep our roofs clean. Thank you [redacted]

in response to Ms. [redacted] we responded each time to her leak issues. Finding the first time that there was no maintenance done after a snow that collected in the valley. She experiences a lot of heat loss in that area due to the structure being an old camp. I went back up in the spring and use...

sealant around the chimney and other areas. I thought we had the problem resolved and  never heard from her since until now here are a few photos of Ms. [redacted]s roof. Please let me know what else I can do to help. I'll be more than happy to go back out and address whatever issues she still may have. I wish she had contacted me to let me know that there was still an issue.But she should also practice good roof maintenance and keeping her Valley's clean during the winter months. It's poor craftsmanship and he is not willing or trying to help his customers. It's pretty sad since we have mutual friends and he lives in the same town. Please add your rejection comments below. The problem is that my roof should not be leaking especially in the rain plain and simple, [redacted] knows this. It is a metal roof, he told me there would be no issues what so ever. He was the highest bidder so I thought his quality of work would be superb. He lost one of his great employees right at the start of my roof project so I believe that's why this has had issues. I think he just does not know how to fix it, I have had several other roofers look at it and they all have said there are things that are done wrong. It is very bothersome that one can not even stand behind his work. My cottage on the water is an older cottage but has had major renovating, the other side of the roof where he did not touch has never leaked. Yes I had other people renovate the interior and he was perturbed because I did not hire him for the job. He stated to me in a text message he had bigger issues to worry about than my leaking roof.
