I paid $161 for my son to participate in a [redacted] tournament in May. The tournament was canceled. Nobody is responding to my refund requests.On March 4, I paid $161 to [redacted] electronically via their website. This fee was for room and board for my son at the facility. In early May, our baseball team received an email that the tournament was canceled. We were also informed by [redacted] of [redacted] that we would receive a refund. Two weeks later, after several attempts to reach him, [redacted] said that he was trying to give us a credit on our credit cards again. Since May 30, I have tried to contact [redacted] 6 times: 5 emails and 1 phone call. No reply. I also sent an email to [redacted], the owner.Desired SettlementI simply want to be reimbursed for the $161 that I paid on my credit card on March 4. I would also like to see a change in the [redacted] staff, in particular, better customer service representatives. [redacted] is clearly not a good representative, and is nothing short of incompetent. He is adversely affecting the company's reputation. Basic customer service dictates that a representative return calls and emails, which is clearly violated by Mr. [redacted]

Camp did not reimburse us when they cancelled the week we were to play.We payed a [redacted] down payment on a [redacted] Card and then another [redacted] via bank check for our 12 players and three coaches. The camp was scheduled for [redacted] We were notified the week before that there were not enough teams to run the tournament and that we would be refunded our money. I have sent several email and made several calls and have had no response.Desired Settlementwe simply want our money back. It is bad enough that we are getting charged interest on the [redacted] card.
