Review: I brought my dog for training last spring and signed a contract where if there ever was a problem to call back and they will contact me back and I can bring my dog in. I heard that they use shock collars after I was told they don't so I questioned it and talked to Annette. I wanted to go observe for a full 2 weeks and Dan never called me back. I continued to contact them via: phone and email over a handful of times and never did they get back to me even after I said that I had training questions. Which isn't following the contract. I want my money backDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
