Circle A Fence of Marietta....lack of customer service and refuses to warranty products
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Prepaid and ordered a custom metal gate on March 9,from Circle A Fence in Marietta for sum of Picked the gate up from Circle A Fence on March 21, along with recommended hardware to perform a DYI installation
During installation process of gate hinges I notice gate was sagging due to defective or light duty hinges sold to me by sales rep *** ***
Also wanted a more heavy duty latch than the one sold to me by *** since this was a pool gate
When I attempted to return/exchange the items *** refused to exchange or refund items although package clearly states "Lifetime Warranty"
I would not recommend anyone do business at this establishment...not to mention the custom gate was poorly fabricated
