I am rejecting this response because: the company never once offered a free return labelThey wanted me to open the the items I had after I told them they were not what I orderedI felt there was no purpose in opening it if it is not described to match what I orderedIf I opened it then I would have to spend more money on wrapping costs as it is a large item that is not in a box, it is wrapped in plasticThe rug I purchased was on sale from almost No where on the site did it state it was a budget friendly rugThe thickness of the runner I did receive did not match the imagesImmediately they're response was "prove it" in my opinion that is not how you treat a customerTheir website advertises hassle free returns and they are refusing to provide a return label to return this.
