Awful customer service. I went almost a month without heat, gave them over $600, was told my parts were under warranty but when I requested a detailed invoice got a blank invoice stating, will sort out what is owed when complete. 3 weeks later, 6 emails and 3 phone calls later and I still have nothing. The owner ignored my emails and when someone finally did respond, he said that this just "fell into his lap" so give him some time. Again, no invoice. Truly the worst experience. Total lack of respect for me and my family. I have an elderly mother and small child in my home and we were without heat for almost a month. I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com to get an itemized invoice.
