Review: Complaint type also: product issue.I purchased 2002 audi a6 avant from Dan Jackson Motors on 4/4/2015. The dealer told me he is going to mail me the title to the vehicle on 4/6/2015. Today is 4/21/2015 I have not received the title yet. I gave them a call and told them that I'm gonna bring the car back and I want my money back as I did not receive the title and cannot use the vehicle I paid for $3,300 in cash. Of course the dealer refused and promised for the third time that he will mail the title tomorrow. On the documents that the dealer sends to DMV the dealer reported a way lower sale price than I payed for it, which is called fraud. As for the product issue - after I drove out from the dealership 40 miles towards Reno from the dealership, check engine light came on, I checked by my obd scanner - code p0741 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performanse/Stuck Off - which leads to transmission and torque converter replacement, which is going to cost me almost the cost of the vehicle. the vehicle was advertised on craigslist on "owner" not "dealer" section.Desired Settlement: I bring vehicle back to the dealership and get cash or cashier's check

Company states: I was leaving for the military and I told him I would send him the title in about a week. He asked to have it sent to a different address but he did ultimately get the title. I did everything within the rights of the law. I offered a warranty and he declined the buy back cancellation agreement. He wanted to be out the door at 3300.00. I had the car listed for 3500.00. So I had to lower my sale price for the car so taxes would be closest to 3300.00. Mechanically the car did not have any issues and he declined any sort of warranty.
