On 11/5/*** *** met with Dan Kugler about window treatment optionsOn that date he chose Custom Light filtering Silhouettes window treatments for the dining room, living room, and libraryHe also ordered *** window treatments for the Guest Bedroom and Room darkening for the Master
BedroomFor the amosnt of light coming into the room draperies were also recommended along with the silhouettes for the area in question and *** *** did not choose to go with that optionAfter the first date of install Dan went personally to address the concerns ***
*** had about too much light coming in.An alternative option of custom blackout honeycomb window treatments was agreed onThese were to be installed in front of the existing silhouette window treatments that had already been installed in the window previously*** *** agreed to this option and was given the discounted price of $1,to make more custom window treatments as requested.On 5/23/our installer went to install the window treatments as agreed and *** *** did not like how it looked in front of the existing SilhouettesHe then told our installer not to proceed with the installationThe shade fit perfectly as agreed yet the customer did not allow installer to installThe shades are room darkening in the Master Bedroom and are called *** by *** ***.Dan Kugler did speak a number times with *** ***s daughter when her dad was not at home as well as met with *** *** himself to address the issue.Any warranty issues we are happy to lake care of or send to the manufacturerWe are always happy to work with our clients and cán always find options for everyoneWe offer a custom product that is made specifically to the clients taste by color, size, style, fabric etc

*** *** ordered for his Master Bedroom Room Darkening which is NOT blackout The other blinds ordered were not room darkening and the bedroom blinds were If compared the light filtering is substantial and as the manufacturer listed We are prepared to put blackout in front of the existing room darkening blinds, which we have ordered and are prepared to install immediately There should be no problem with the fit Everything we originally installed was per contract We are just trying to do whatever possible to satisfy *** ***
