I have Hunter Douglas through out our Townhouse but particular one has been repaired by Dan Kugler’s Designer Center 3 times within the pass 2 years. I was told by Tina that it will take 2-3 weeks to repair a broken string because they are behind schedule. After 3 weeks and I have not heard anything I decided to call them. I was told that they don’t have my order and that she will find out and call me the next day. I waited 2 days and no one have call back so I decided to call them. The same lady answered my phone and told me that she a an appointment to go to so she can not help me and hang up. I called back the next day and a different lady named Kristen told me that they have to ordered the part for my blind and it should arrived in a week and the repair should be done by then. I did not aware that they have to ordered parts for it. My blind was operating fine but one of the string was loose or broken off because when raised the blind it was lob sided due to broken string. I waited a week and still haven’t heard from them so I gave them another call. I couldn’t remembered the lady name but that it was not ready and it usually take 1-2 months for any repairs. I was so upset and even not wanted to explain about my situation. This company is not trustworthy, everyone telling you different story and was very rude about everything. I would not trust this company. Please take your business to some where else where people are very honest and appreciate your businesses. Don’t buy Hunter Douglas Blinds, they are junk!
