Review: Through service contract with Lowes, DanMark provides service repairs. Unit, which was purchased in Sept 2013, has had 8 visits on the same issue where it is not cleaning properly. Each time, DanMark is assigned by Lowes and they make a repair. They have replaced evrrything in the unit. Spray Arms, Main motor unit, and Control Panel, not to mention visits on the food grinder. Issue is still not resolved, and DanMark will not deem the unit "unreadable". Last visit, the tech called Kitchenaid because they have run out of ways to address the issue and the recommendation was to run the hot water from the faucet first before starting machine. This was also already tried as a solution and did not work. In any event, water comes into the machine at 120 degrees which should suffice. The contract owner advised that DanMark needs to call into Lowes while that are at the house to provide an update. When we told the tech that he needed to do this, he told us that his supervisor told him not to call Lowes. Now, they are just trying to get another visit payment. This issue has caused great inconvenience to me and my family and lower will not deem it unrepairable until DamMark confirms same. It is a loop with each party waiting for the other to use as an excuse for not acting under the terms of the contract.
