Dan Mead Concrete Construction

In March 2018 contracted to have garage floor and complete driveway replaced. Once completed, noticed what I thought were cracks but were leaves embedded in concrete. Was advised by Mr. Mead that there was no way to prevent because of high wind. They removed but left imprints in concrete. Approximately two months ago notice a long crack in garage floor. Contacted Mr Mead we said that there was no way to prevent cracking but would have floor repaired. Have contacted Mr Mead at least twice and have not heard back from him on his commitment to repair crack.
