I contracted Dan Moore's professional services in the fall of to cut down a tree in my propertyWhile cutting the roots the electric wires underground got destroyed; MrMoore said he was not responsible for it(I'd assume any professional tree service with experience would know of issues such as this one and at the very least would appraise the customer of the problem and at that time say he is not responsible for any damage.The customer has the final say on whether to proceed or not.)
Reluctantly, I decided to let this go and figure out what to do later
