Ms*** called the office to setup and appointment to balance her washerand dryerShe was advised that was something that we could do but wasnever advised that we repaired appliances as she claimedWhen the tech'sarrived, they found the washer and dryer were both balancedThey advisedher the
washer would need to be serviced but we were not a repair companyso therefore couldn't repair itShe refused to pay as she felt there wasno service rendered and felt that she was led to believe that we couldservice her appliancesShe also asked that they measure the dishwasher toadvise her what might fit in the spot, which they didWe are not salesagents and could not recommend a specific dishwasher for her to purchase.RECAP: We were there to balance a washer and dryer as well as measure for anew dishwasherBoth of these items were performed as requested (althoughthe washer and dryer couldn't be balanced because they already were andthere was an existing issue with the washer itself as far as we couldtellnot being repair tech's)We were sorry that Ms*** felt the wayshe did but we performed our job as requested and was certainlyprofessional in our approach.RESOLUTION: In an effort to resolve this issue with Ms***, we havevoided the invoiceShe now has a $balance dueShe was informed viaemail with a copy of the voided invoice and replied to us with thefollowing statement:"Thank you very much for your consideration in this matterIt is very muchappreciated and changes my opinion of your company.I will inform Angie's list and the Revdex.com of your action."Shortly after that email she followed up with this one:" As promised I have deleted my complaint from Angie's list and have sentan email to the Revdex.com indicating that the dispute has been resolved and thatI am completely satisfied.Once again I thank you for addressing this matter."Please let us know if you have any further questions.Sincerely,Michele S*Office MangerDan of All Trades LLC

I purchased a dishwasher from *** *** in Reynoldsburg They had contracted with Dan of all Trades to deliver and installI paid for this service After the installation, my neighbor who looked out her window when her dog barked., observed one of the men kicking the cat They then placed their tools in the truck, My very friendly cat jumped in their truck They laughed and shut the door and drove off Despite immediate pleas to the business to have the truck return they refused and said this did not happen The cat never leaves the property, is microchipped and well cared for and lovedWe did file a police report to have on record this occurance The company has been totally non sympathetic and denying this occurred My cat disappeared from the second this delivery truck left and my neighbor observedI have found little ability to solve this situation

When I set up the appointment I was under the impression that they could evaluate and fix my washerWhen they phoned just prior to arriving they said they were on their way to installI said that was not accurateThey then told me my washer was level, that it was broken and that they didn't repairI quickly told them I was not paying $for nothingThey agreedThey also quickly measured my old dishwasher for possible space requirement for replacement, and they said the size I had worked...inadequate information as a 3/8" wood floor had been placed after the dishwasher was installed years ago
Later a highly qualified Sears service provider told me my washer was NOT broken and instructed me on proper loading for maximum operationI am now being threatened by Dan of All Trades that the $bill will be sent to collectionsI have indicated that I wouldn't pay for such an inadequate service callThank you for your help in this matter

Two very argumentative dishwasher installation guys came to my house to install my dishwasherThey came about two weeks after the sales team told me they would comeThe install guys were covered with tattoos and smelled of cigarette smokeThey began arguing with me as soon as I arrived, before I could even welcome them to my homeThey then told me that the dishwasher would not fit due to the height of my countertop, which turned out to be incorrect measurements on their part (later verified directly with GE Appliances)They scared my daughter and argued with me about the installationI asked them to leave my home and return the dishwasher, and they left parts and the removed fascia on the floor after they left

I did contact you after the complaint against Dan of All Trades wasresolved to my complete satisfaction. Apparently you didn't get thismessage and it still states that I am dissatisfied.
