Obviously the customer complaint involves items that are out of our control We did offer the camper another site that was less affected by the heavy downpour on Friday night and also less wooded as far as the mosquitoes are concerned The customer was very rude to our people and was not
immediately refunded as a result We have a no refund policy Obviously we cannot control weather factors or insects As a courtesy we did refund half of the $that was paid and did inform the customer of that after he left We feel like we did everything we could do in this situation
