They did not ring the door bell or knock or explain who they were They just came into our backyard and started moving furniture off our patio This was very disrespectful and inconsiderate We would have been happy to have the patio area cleared of all furniture had we known when they were coming My biggest complaint was never knowing when they planned to correct the problem and constantly being told "We'll get to it when we can." After contacting the Revdex.com, they proceeded to give explanations and reasons why it had not been completed as of yet Maybe if they had done that in the first place I would not have needed to contact the Revdex.com to get the job completed I just wanted to be in the loop and be kept informed, which was still not done up until our last encounter It is simply not a good way of conducting business and does not provide good costumer service I can only hope they learn something from this experience Brushing off and/or ignoring your customers is not a wise move Regards, [redacted]

Review: Dan Tam installed a stamped concrete patio at our home in September of In the spring of 2014, we noticed white spots all over the patioWe immediately contacted Dan Tam via email to inquire about the spots in April We received a response from the office manager, Tia W[redacted], that the spots were due to moisture that gets under the sealant and our patio would need to be resealedDue to the rain in the forecast, she stated they would get back to us with a date for the "reseal." We never heard from anyone after thatWe contacted their office multiple times all summer requesting a date for when this was to occurMost times we did not receive any responseIn August, Tia's response was that she "thought the work had already been completedI'm so sorry.....your paperwork was in my completed pileThe guys will be definitely be out next week." That week came and went with no one calling or showing upWe contacted them two more times, and the most recent response from Tia was that she has told Dan each and every time we have communicated with her and that the work still needs completedAnd his response was that he knows and will get to it when he canWe have been waiting months for the problem to be correctedI feel this is excessive and unnecessaryWe were satisfied, paying customers up until this pointI feel this is very poor customer service on their partAnd because of this problem, I would most certainly not recommend them to anyoneI just simply want the patio fixed, and Dan does not seem to think we are a priorityI understand how difficult it must be to have to constantly be working around the unpredictable weather, but there have been more than enough beautiful days in the last months for him to address our issue.Desired Settlement: Reseal the patio as promised months ago
