Dan The Computer Man

Review: I purchased a re-furbished computer on August 15 2014 and paid 350.00 to Mr. S[redacted] "Dan the Computer Man". Within a week there were problems with it and when contacted Mr S[redacted] I told him I was uncomfortable with purchasing a re-furbished machine .He said to give him a chance to give me another one .I agreed. He brought me another one on August 26,2014 On September 1 2014 I found many issues with the this one as well. I contacted Mr S[redacted] and told him I absolutely did not want this processor, wanted a refund and for him take this processor back. I have many emails from him stating he was busy, then he was in [redacted] and would contact me as soon as he returned and would set an appointment. I have witnesses that he had returned and never called me.On October 29 2014 he said that he would only repair it and not give a refund. My feeling is that a machine that was re-furbished with a new [redacted] 7 OS and Mother Board installed, I should not have to have it "repaired"! I felt and trusted that I was dealing with a reputable Company and with in the period of ten days I should be able to return it. Sadly Mr S[redacted] has discredited himself and of course I do not have a good review to pass on. I am now stuck with a computer that has problems and will have to contact someone to repair it which will be another cost added on.Desired Settlement: My original purchased price of $350.00. I have received legal advise however I do not want the expense of a legal fight.
