[redacted] was not set up as an appointment when I told him that we could try to have a man out at the end of the week however, we did call after the weekend, We did call, arrange, and got the issues resolved, finaled and done by Saturday 11/ This completes the work requested by [redacted] , And was done within the week timeframe that I promised in the Revdex.com response by our company NOTE: Note that the windows, doors, or siding were not installed by us, and this work was performed by us because he could not locate the original contractor, or they were not willing to service him

Dan's response is not completely accurate, as they did the storm damage repairs but did not complete that workAttempts to get them to return and finish that work failed and prompted me to reach out to you guys and I really appreciate your help in getting this resolved.Thanks

This has been a difficult time for my company with installer illness and absence, and family issues that have taken many more months to handle than expected. I have been to the jobsite and spoken with *** ***, and will have these little issues cleaned up and finished within
weeks. We have solutions and people scheduledto finish this job
