I am rejecting this response because: I would like to know what services mr [redacted] believes that I received unlawfully. I will be more than happy to pay any outstanding bill that he can provide proof of me owing. I have everything on my end showing that I owe $0.00. I would like to see documents from mr [redacted] regarding what he believes I owe to his company.  If that cannot be provided, I will not accept this response until I receive the check in hand along with an apology for accusing me of theft.

Thank you for providing us with the concerns presented by Mr. [redacted]. We are very familiar with his dissatisfaction. At his request, we have tried on multiple occasions to provide tint on his windows to his satisfaction. Unfortunately, we have been unable to do so.
Most recently, we...

have offered to have the tint removed at our expense and reimburse his $90 for the tint. That solution was unacceptable to Mr. [redacted].
Ultimately, it appears Mr. [redacted] does not want to continue owning his yellow [redacted]. We have tried to trade him out of the vehicle, but have been unable to do so. We advised Mr. [redacted] to continue making payments in a timely manner which should put him in a position where trading out of the vehicle will be viable.

I am rejecting this response because: I have pictures of [redacted] so called miraculous repair I performed. A dime sized hole in a pressurized system that they charged me for smoke testing and hours of [redacted]s and technicians looking at (10 Days). The part they replaced still does not spray correctly with a hole in the line (you can leave the cap off and get the same result).  They seem to be confused as to the operation of this very simple system. Wow consistent harassment I asked for a refund exactly one time.  Long story short I dropped off my truck for repairs and was told every day that it would be ready the next day 10 days later I pick up truck unrepaired and was unfairly charged for a repaired truck.

Thank you for bringing our customer’s concerns to our attention. We are sorry that Mr. [redacted] was under the impression that this repair would be handled under warranty. I believe he is referencing the splash shield that protects the underside of his vehicle.
While his vehicle may...

be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, I am unaware of any warranty that would cover a splash shield almost ripped in half after hitting something – which was his original complaint when we ordered the part in September.
Should he change his mind and chose to pay for the installation, we would be happy to help him.

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing our customer’s concerns to our attention. We regret that Mr. [redacted] has had issues with his vehicle since purchasing it in February of last year. It is unfortunate that he declined the purchase of an extended warranty that was offered at the time of sale....


Since replacing his throttle body in September, we were unaware that there were any issues with his car.
When the vehicle was brought to us most recently, it had stopped operating completely and we sent it to a [redacted] dealer for diagnosis. The [redacted] dealer determined it was the TIPM (fuse block).
In December, Mr. [redacted] came to purchase a car, but we were unable to conclude a deal. We understand his frustrations with the expense of repairs, but also recognize that the vehicle has operated normally for 30,000 miles in under a year since purchase.

Dear Revdex.com,In a case such as this with Mr. [redacted], the true value of the Revdex.com shines.Prompted by Mr. [redacted] through the Revdex.com forum we further investigated our stance on the matter. We stand corrected. After several calls and a reversal in opinion from [redacted] warranty department, we determined our initial position was in error.Mr. [redacted]'s request is warranted and we have processed a check for his requested reimbursement.Our Service [redacted] with whom Mr. [redacted] previously communicated has made several unreturned phone calls to Mr. [redacted] with the intent to apologize for our mistake and apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused.Our thanks to the Revdex.com and our apologies to our customer.Sincerely,[redacted]
