Bumper to bumper warranty not honored. Folding mirrors do not work or 3 Lights in the dash for suspension buttons. Will not do the work.Bought a used [redacted] for $27,500 from Dan Wise Chevrolet on 14 July 2015 with a Bumper to Bumper warranty for 30 Days or a 1000 miles. Asked the day it was bought about the mirrors folding in and the salesman [redacted] told me they were manual. The day we got the car home I went thru the owners manual and it stated that they were electrical folding mirrors. I also noted that there were 3 lights out on the Dash for the suspestion/transmission were out. Called them the next day and set up a time to bring the car back. Took the car back a week later to have them look at the problems. The salesman [redacted] said he wasn't going to fix the mirrors due to cost. I reminded him of the bumper to bumper warranty and they put in a work order (#[redacted]). They told me it would take a week to find the parts for the problems. Two weeks later I called them and asked what was the status. I was told that they had some mirrors coming in that week and would give me a call. That call never came. Two weeks after that I called and talked to the mechanic named [redacted] and told him about many on-line places he can get the parts. [redacted] then said he needed to go to his office and would call me back. That call back never came. I have called back several times since then and they refuse to return my calls. I asked my neighbor who is a lawyer what I needed to do and he said first file a complaint with the better buisness bureau. It was a simple fix, but they refused to spend the money to honor their warranty and quite dissapointing in their refusal to even talk to me about a fix. Desired SettlementGet the parts to fix the problem and give them to me to have them installed. I do not trust them to do the work.Business Response Upon receipt of your correspondence had my service manager contact the customer in question. Our service manager has advised that we are obtaining parts in question and should deliver to customer on Dec 04,2015. Also discussed the issue of the dash lights that were not working and advised that we would address necessary repair. It appears we are entirely at fault by not continuing to follow-up with our customer to ensure his satisfaction with the purchase. Since I am the owner I am going to personally oversee that the warranty provided is honored. Logistics do prevent an immediate solution. In our 35 years this is our first encounter with Revdex.com and we appreciate your assistance in bringing this to our attention.
