Review: First off I took my car to get fixed at this shop because its an in network shop for my insurance after an old roommated wrecked my car. I took it in on monday the 5th of January and was told it would be done by friday I have no vehicle at all and have my 2 year old son to take care of with no vehicle so I call Friday to find out if my cars done was told again that it would not be done till monday so again had to wait with no vehichle then called on monday and was told again it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday so I called my insurance claims adjuster person and he talk to the shop and they got me into a rental car and I called Wednesday my car still wasn't done took them till friday to get my car done so I get my car back and originally no noticable noise so I went about my normal business and then started hearing this knocking noise that sounded like a flat tire so I got air in my tires it didn't stop so we call the shop and they said to bring it back in but we went out and the car hit a speed bump and stopped making the noise so didn't pay it no mind then I make a Trip to sebring and back to sharon and the noise gets really bad but its late so there's not much I can do then I go to leave to get dinner and make a turn in the parking lot across the street from my house and my tire completely pops off and my car goes down the parking lot and almost hit a parked boat so then I call my stepfather and my neighbors to help me figure out what happened my stepfather is a mechanic he came to check out my car and find out what caused the tire to completely come off well when he looked at he saw that only two of the bolts had been fastened down correctly and the other three were only half put in and in the amount of driving I did during the short time I had my car back the bolts must have started snapping and only one was holding my tire on when it came off and I was told by many people if I would have been on the road it probably would have killed me I got off with just a bruise on my leg from hitting the steering wheel but anyways my insurance had the car go back and get fixed and the shop to pay for it all and the rental car and it took them the amount of time they said it would this time but I asked when I picked up my car if I could get my deductible back from when they first fixed it and the gentlemen said no that it was my fault the accident happened that no one got hurt and the job got done right and one thing after another excuse why he couldn't give my deductible back now I am doing this to get my refund back and even though I should get compensation for stress and all that all I want is my deductible back if that doesn't happen my next step will be to get an attorney and sue. My $500 deductible is all I want bback. ThanksDesired Settlement: All I want is my $500 deductible back if not I will sue for more including endangerment.
