Dan's Automotive

There are a lot of crappy, shady repair shops out there... but Dan's Automotive is always incredibly thorough and I trust their service. I wouldn't be here writing this unless I did.Go to them. They know their stuff and will not take an arm and a leg to service your vehicle.

I recieved what I belive to be terrible service from Dan's Automotive in Bangor MichiganI had my vehicle towed there for repairs, only to have it break down on me again a few days laterI took my vehicle to another mechanic who fixed my vehicle perfectlyI filed a complaint against Dan's with the State Of Michigan Regulatory Monitoring DivisionThe SOMRMD informed me via letter that Dan's violated the Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Act, and notices of Non-Compliance were issued to themI then sued Dan's Automotive in Small Claims court and wonThey appealed the case and then I won the appealDan's Automotive had to pay me back all of my money for the "repairs" they supposedly didI won my case TWICE and they still refused to pay me so I had to garnish their bank account and has now recieved full paymentI will never ever take a vehicle to Dan's Automotive in Bangor Michigan again

I bought a Camero for paid cash, within five miles I took it back it was blowing cold airDan replaced the heater coreI drove the car a hundred miles and the transmission has gone outI took the car back, Dan said," that he did not know what to tell me"So, I ask him to give me back my money and he said," no"He told me that he would call around, but it was going to cost me at least one thousand dollarsDan's assistent Kirk told me that if there where other issues to bring the car back and they would resolve the problems
