Update on *** *** case: We mailed a certified letter and included a check for the amount of $on 11/01/to ***I spoke with the insurance adjuster Vern *** at QBE/Farmers Insphone# ###-###-#### on 11/01/and he wanted me to let you know that *** didn’t contact them about the
bill for repairsThe insurance adjuster said to supplement the cost of repairs so Dan’s Body Shop can get reimbursed. *** also drove his vehicle 10,miles before he took it to *** for repairsMy question is why did he wait so long to take his vehicle in when he was concerned about safety? *** also had an open invoice at *** Car Center to bring his vehicle in at anytime for airbag repairsI’ve attached all the documentation. He didn’t contact Dan’s Body Shop or have *** contact us so we could pay the billThis should resolve *** *** caseIf you need any further assistance or information please let us know
