I received a letter of complaint dated 8/14/regarding a complaint from Mr [redacted] [redacted] He is a customer of Dan cleanersHis complaint stated on 7/26/his first problem occurredMr [redacted] dropped off two Jackets which were very soled and light in colorThe first time on 7/17/I explained to him because the stains were deep, it may be hard to clean themBecause he was dissatisfied I offered him a discount of $3:off of $28:dollarsHe was still was not satisfiedOn occasions customers bring in clothing that are badly stain and we do the very best we can to remove themI have been in business for years and have always been able to resolve any problems with my customersThey are always told if I think I will have a problem with stained clothingI apologize to Mr [redacted] regarding he did not get the service he wanted, We do our very best to satisfy our customers

Yes, there was a reduction of $but there was rude and insulting behavior that accompanied this transactionThis offer of a reduction only came about after I asked what is the cleaning process which she refusedI asked so I could understand how she was unable to remove a stain which I was able to remove with a scratch of my fingerI have resolved not to return to this businessI understand the business has been open for 15yrs but that doesn't justify poor customer service and service in general
