I am rejecting this response because:
The contractor is not telling the truth. This contractor totally misrepresented what the said to me and the work done. His version is not correct. What is really not professional is that he was unwilling to fix the work that failed and the comments he made to me about not being worth is time to fix it since he makes $hr and was too busy. The work to repair it would only take about to hrs to fix . In addition he did not respond to my call for over two weeks when I initially called to let him know about the problem and that he did not return my call until I called him again and told him I was going to contact the Revdex.com. Also he admitted to me that he could have use another sealant. If he is unwilling to make it good. I would like my comments to stand. Thank you very much for your time and effort. *** ***

, Now for more than Years In This Great State of Utah and Mainly here across the Northern End of The Wasatch Front, I have worked for Hundreds of Great Customers and During These past Years Performing Many Various Types of Handyman Services Successfully and I Consider My Reputation To Be Stellar! In Fact I have Never ONCE Been In any Type of Court Case, Nor, Have I EVER Had Any CLAIMS AGAINST My BusinessThis FACTUAL Information Should Speak Volumes For ITSELF....As Far as this current Complaint? I Clearly Estimated and Performed the Services That I Stated I would Perform for Ms***, and I made it Clear to Her at the time that these particular Services were performed, that Myself and My Adult Helper Could Clearly Tell that were "Pre-Existing Under Lying Structural Damages" To The Sheets of Siding, That had been Caused by Previous Water Leaks That she had Allowed to Go Unchecked for an extended Period(s) of Time Into The Siding and Window Trim Area of Her Mobile House to the extent of Damage that was NOT a Simply Repairable Resolve (And It wasn't Part of Any Promise or our Bid)But we Stated to Ms*** We Could Just Simply "Cover Over The Rough Area A Little Bit" as to Help it to "APPEAR a Bit Better"... And in "NO WAY" That we were Going to Repair the Siding Because the Main Job was Installation of NEW METAL FASCIA ALL THE WAY AROUND THE ENTIRE TRIM OF THIS MOBILE HOUSE"....
