In response to *** complaint regarding boarding at our kennels of his pet dog *** was dropped off for boarding on 12-16-When *** arrived he was in kennel cab with urine in kennel At the time of drop off we thought he may have been upset due to the ride He was in our care for
weeks in which he was great On 1-11-*** called to pick up ***, he had stated he would be there to pick him up in about hour or so We then got *** out of our kennels he put him in the kennel he arrived in which was clean Thinking he would be ready to go and would wait for his owner for the hour or so *** *** had arrived to pick up *** one of our staff went to get him and *** had made a mess all in his crate He had been in there for less than a hour Our staff stated that we could wash him up for fee of our standard cost to wash dogs When I arrived in office to see the mess he had made I was surprised I then began cleaning *** kennel all out with soap and waterOur staff was washing ***I stated to *** we would wash him at no charge which we didI stated to *** that he had pee in his kennel with he dropped him off and that I think he has anxiety with being left in the small kennelWhen boarding a pet the service includes clean up after dog and food and waterGrooming clipping or washing are alway at extra charge With the type of dog *** *** boarded with us there hair grows very fast and doesnt shed I feel we took excellent care of *** while he was in our care We did watch after *** for weeks and return his kennel in the same condition it arrived in and clean I do not feel that we owe ** * *** any thing in return
