I recently purchased a stove at Percy's and Nicolae was my sales rep I can't say enough good about both Nicolae and the experience with Percy's I gave Nicolae some information on what I was looking for and he took me to the stove I ended up buying I looked at several others as well, but the one he first directed me to was perfect I've had it for a couple of months and I couldn't be happier I had my previous stove (purchased elsewhere) for only years and it didn't work right from the beginning I'm confident such a thing would never happen at Percy's and I will buy all my future appliances thru them and will ask for Nicolae the minute I walk thru the door

When you want to a company that stands behind their products, you couldn't do better than Percy's NIne years ago (yes, that's years) after they installed a home theatre system, the cable company created a problem When I spoke to customer service, they let me know that they no longer handled installations BUT Brian came out anyway and fixed it - and there was no charge Now that's customer service!
