This is the Second response to Mrand Mrs***, If it was not clear in our last response Please let me be clear we are willing to repair the full bumper and the tail light on the vehicle I have left messages for both Mrand Mrs [redacted] for them to contact me back so that we can schedule to have the work done on the vehicle

I do not accept this offerI want all of the damages, caused by this owner, fixedThis company is trying to minimize the damage by calling it some scratchesThere are no added additional repairs, as stated by ownerOnly the original repairs, that were there prior to me purchasing the vehicleWhen the owner wrecked the vehicle, the impact of hitting the bumper, forced the bumper up and cracked the tail lightIt also cracked the bumperI am enclosing pictures, as proof of this damage

We have been in correspondence with Mr***, by phone and e-mail, we have agreed with Mr*** to repair the bumper on the vehicle, although the agreement was to repair some scratches only on the vehicle, Mr*** has added additional repair to the bumper that was not agreed upon when
purchasing the vehicle However we have elected to repair the additional repairs to the bumper he is requesting as a good will gesture We have let Mr*** know that however we have not heard back from him, since making the offer to him

Subject: Re: $Refund
I'm
sorry that you are misinformed unfortunately you actually told me specifically
you were on your five years years on your job and they transferred you here for
the last months either way your paycheck stub was also fraudulent at this
point you have been approved but your proof and documentation is how you
breached your contract actually committed fraud you chose to cancel your deal
instead we have a cancellation signed by you there will be a refund the portion
of their refund I think it's already been determined and you should know what
it is it usually goes out in days or so you can be looking forward to it at
the at last known address you gave us thank you and have a good day
