Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:On June 1,my pool salt cell was in working orderAfter my initial opening May 10,dan's pool had failed to get sprayers and heater working for my company over Memorial weekend They were coming every week to service my poolI complained several times by phone,but got it working myself I let them know I got it working and did not need their help After the weekend in question, dan's pool attempted to charge me me for a service call after I got it workingThis service call had nothing to do with the salt system This did not break until another month later and I only found out about it because the service people working at my pool told me it had been broken for over a monthI think the owner is misremembering and at my expense I refused to pay for the service call that did not take care of any problems and did not give me any new informationThere was nothing wrong with my salt cell at the beginning of the summer This company is trying to turn around this breakdown and make the time frame work for themI did get the salt cell repaired and cleaned by a different pool company for $ I also consulted other pool companies who told me that my pool, that holds about 10,gallons of water, would not have needed gallons of chlorine I feel they inflated their bill and that is why I asked and would still like for part of my payment to be returned Sincerely, [redacted]
