As soon as I received the complete message from Revdex.com I contacted Mrs [redacted] immediately to set her mind at ease that we were going to continue to work on her home I can understand her concern when she received a letter from [redacted] mortgage that they were not going to release any more money I explained to her that regardless of [redacted] position we what finish the work The Same day we received the message I sent my roofer to take care of the problems with the roof Since then we have installed the facia and repaired the sun room We also have her screens ready to be installed Mrs [redacted] knows that we have been very generous by not charging the deductible, and painting all the brick and not just a touch up as the insurance specify We also upgraded the screens facing the west side of the house which cost twice as much as screens The repairs for Mrand Mrs [redacted] have not cost them a dime I have the upmost respect for mrand Mrs*** They are good people And I know that once we finish we will be friends and they will still give me a good reference

I am rejecting this response because:He said the facia was installedIt wasn'tThe sunroom and leak repairs were done, and these necessary repairs were a result of Dan's Roofing and Painting mishaps during roof installation- they were not on the original claimI respect that they did take care of the leaks and damage to sunroom roof. We have had our alarm company come last week to replace the damage done to the sunroom alarmWe have a new alarm mounted in the sunroomWe will be sending the bill to *** ***, as per our previous verbal agreement, where *** agreed to cover the cost of the alarm, since the damage was done by the roofers. We still need the facia replaced. We still need the hail-damaged metal trim replaced around the windows and along the brick on the front elevations of the house. We still need screens replacedAs far as the UV screens *** mentioned in his response, most of our screens were UV to begin withThe inspector whom the insurance sent, failed to write on the form that the screens were UV Shortly after getting the insurance paperwork with the breakdown of damages, I contacted our insurance company and let them know that the screens were actually UV screens, and not regularThe adjuster told me that our contractor needs to simply send him the cost difference between regular and UV, and the insurance claim would be adjusted to cover those costsI have told *** *** this at least twice, and the last time I talked to him on the phone, he said, "They probably won't cover it anyway," and dropped itHe didn't want to talk about it If he had done what I had requested him to do, he would not have had to foot the bill on his own. We have a window that was broken during the hailstorm, that has been that way for eight months! It is also something that is listed in the insurance claimIt is currently covered with a black garbage bagWe have been unable to have guests over during the holidays, or any other time since, because of the broken windowIt needs to be replaced ASAP!

The problem was not with the workmomship but with the fencing materialwe are in the proses of removing all the fence and replacing it with a better material

I've got two of my guys going out there this morning to work on the facia again I was unaware that the crew I sent out previously did not do the work I have two of the screen sunscreens install for her tomorrow still waiting on the window company to re-fabricate the four screens that are missing our goal is to have her completed with the exception of the four screens as soon as the window company gives me the screens I will be installing them there still two weeks outAgain the rest of the outside work should be done by the end of the week thank you
