Dan's Towing and Recovery

Dans towing was hired by tires plus to tow the car to their shopWe towed the car with the wheel lift and we had a fork lift on the bed we stopped at the drop off site for the fork lift we pulled up to the unloading ramp and we drove the forklift off the bed of our truck and the yard man was there
watching and he took it from thereDans towing then pulled ahead to leave and turned the wheel too sharp and hit the lower valance and fog lightI also will be sending you before and after photos the reason for before is we take pics of equipment deliveriesWhen we arrived at tires plus we notified the service manager right away that we had done some damage to the bumber and we are willing to help fix what we brokeThe customer called with a estimate for damages more then what we did so we turned everything over to our insurance company to handle the claimWe are sorry for the damage we caused but I feel we are handling this claim professionally and the customer is being treated fairly. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I spoke with Tires Plus and they also claim it was Dan's Towing who scraped the doorBeing that they were the ones who hired Dan's Towing to tow my car up to them, they decided to cover the amount of damages with store credit to make a peaceful resolution for everyone involved.Great integrity on the part of Tires Plus in Forest Lake! Dans towing turned this claim in to its insurance carrier and after there interviews we Dans towing they have found that Dans towing is not responsible for any damage to the rt side of the car. Thank youDans towing
