The customer MrDubberly must read the signed invoice contract to understand the company’s policyAttached is the contract signedPlease read it and understand the policy The customer agreed upon all conditions when he signed the contract The customer never gave any intention in allowing Dans Truck and auto to provide another transmission We had and still have a good transmission here waiting for him with a brand new filter, bought out of the company’s expenses to help the customerWe follow our store policy as stated on our invoice The customer never said he would dispute the credit card transaction instead lieing to us He tried to dispute the transaction, but we explained to his credit card company we do not refund any money as stated by the contract and won the dispute chargeback We do exchange the merchandise or give store credit as stated on invoice The customer sounds like he doesn’t need this transmission he purchased, and he made the incorrect decision of what was wrong with his vehicleDans Truck n Auto incis not liable for incorrect diagnoses and request of parts The customer never told us his cousin or wife would be picking up the transmission which is incorrect information on his behalf MrDubberly told Junior a salesman, he wants to pick up the transmission and now his story keeps changing

responding following up on a BMW xautomatic transmission purchase
transactionMr Dubberly came to Dans Truck n Auto Incin Fontana,CA purchased
a BMW xtransmission and agreed upon the conditions and signed the invoice (Given
upon
request)
After two weeks later, Mr
Dubberly calls and brings over the transmission complaining an issue. We tell him to bring over the transmission
because we would like to inspect it, so we could help him. He drops off the transmission and says he
will pick it up in 3-days. We explain
to him as stated on the invoice and signed, we only give exchange of another
transmission or store credit. The
customer was complaining of an issue with the transmission of something inside
the transmission so we cleaned it resolved the issue for him. We reassured we would fix the transmission at
no cost to help the customer
We fixed the customer’s
transmission as requested and even bought a new transmission filter to satisfy
the customer out of the business’s expense.
The customer decides not to pick up the transmission and dispute it with
the credit card company without calling us and thinks its his way because of
his credit. After winning the credit
card dispute because we are correct he knows wants to tell the RevDex.com to get his way. We are to help
the customer and follow the store policy as stated and signed by the customer

I am rejecting this response because:
When I asked junior if I could get other merchandise instead of the transmission he told me no I should not have to drive to California and back three times in order to get a working transmissionA total of milesmiles each wayThree different round tripsCalifornia state law requires refunds to customers that receive faulty merchandiseYou blatantly lied when you said I did not contact you for the first two weeksThat was an out and out lie I contacted you several times within the first two days both days to be exactI offered to give you a 30% restocking fee that was rejected as wellYou have shown no signs of compromise in anyway shape or formI will fight this tooth and nail if I have to take you to court and spend another $15,to get my $back that is what I will do It is a matter of principleYou people do lousy business, you choose treat your customers horribly, you do not know how to run a wrecking businessI have no desire to do business with you whatsoever
