My sincere apology for not responding timely.  My sales manager made a preliminary assessment based the information provide by Mr. [redacted] without forwarding the information to the lender where Mr. [redacted] had the approval letter from.  We are not the lender and we should have...

sent Mr. [redacted] information to the lender and allowed the lender to make a final decision.  We will be glad to do so if we can have Mr. [redacted] come by the dealership first.  My understanding is Mr. [redacted] has not yet been to the dealership.  He has just provided information over the phone. We are not always perfect.  Our customers do humble us and make us better.  I hope Mr. [redacted] will visit the dealership so we can find a solution.Thank you.
