Consumer states that he believes the business has refunded the money into his account, if that is indeed the case the consumer considers the matter resolved
I refunded [redacted] his money yesterday and emailed him also. He has not claimed it. Not sure what is going on with him . After I logged on to our [redacted] account I remember this whole situation. I do remember getting his paper work and refunding him his money to his account ....
However he never collected his money not sure why he has to but sometimes if your account on [redacted] is screwed up then they have to log on and then click claim money I called [redacted] on this situation and that is how they explained it to me. I do not want to send this guy a money order for that is money in libo land and he will not write me back or call us about this whole ordeal he just thinks by writing you and putting a complaint in that will make it all work out . I am not sure if this guy is older and does not know how to use a computer but he has not communicated with us and We have taken care of this a LONG TIME AGO . Please note this in your file about situation please if you need to call use my cell # [redacted] my name is [redacted] I take care of refunds and payments
I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] has never refunded the money! They keep "passing the buck" blaming [redacted]. For whatever reason, I have been unable to "log in" to [redacted]. However, [redacted] has informed [redacted] the money was returned to [redacted] account. That means that contrary to [redacted]'s response that the "------money would just be in limbo---" [redacted] just needs to send a check for $60 dollars to [redacted]. Exception is made to the inference that age is a factor in this dispute. Honesty knows no boundaries regarding age. Is this just more "blame someone" philosophy? Just a check for $60 would resolve this dispute. That seems so simple!!!! Why blame [redacted] or anyone. The contract was between [redacted] and [redacted] met his contractual responsibility---now, [redacted] should just do the same.
