Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/06/03) */
Aloha [redacted],
I would like to thank you for your time. The Revdex.com provides a valuable service to the Business Community and to the customers they service.
Let me address what I found to be the focal points of Ms....

[redacted]'s complaint:
"does not offer services explained online"
You can go to www.[redacted].com and see how I explain my services and fees. I believe you will find them to be very straight forward. This information has been available since at least 2006.
"write checks or make payment yourself".
As I explained to Ms. [redacted], the IRS allows for direct debit when you owe money on a tax return, the State of Hawaii does not. So I sent her a voucher with instructions as I send to any of my tax clients who end up owing money to the State of Hawaii. She felt that I should have been able to make the payment for her using her banking information. It just doesn't work that way. I can't change that.
"he charges you for every time you call him, email him, or try to communicate with him"
Time is money. Why Ms. [redacted] would think that my time should be free doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but in this case it really doesn't matter. I spent a substantial amount of time consulting with Ms. [redacted] that I never charged her for. As I don't see a place for attaching files, I will email you pdf copies of her invoices.
"Does not tell you his fees upfront"
Once again, I would direct you to www.[redacted].com. I am actually one of the few professional accountants that does post my fees in plain view.
Sometimes an unhappy person will sit down in front of me. I know that I shouldn't take them as a new client, but I feel bad for them and I want to help. So I help them, knowing that they may never realize or appreciate the amount of help I will be giving them. I do this about once a tax season. Ms. [redacted] was my one.
Well [redacted], that is my side of the story supported by actual fact. Once again, I would like to thank you for your time, and I will be sending you those invoices.
Mahalo,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 13, 2014/06/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept the response from [redacted], LLC. The response from him contains lies and false information. It is now "he said, she said." [redacted] is a prime example of BAD business. Once [redacted] received this Revdex.com complaint on June 3, 2014, he went to his website and listed fees and outlined services further. You're welcome [redacted]! Glad I could help you get your website marketing in order...I think you owe me now! Anyways, things of this sort were not listed on his website in January when I first looked, not in March when I met with him, and not in April during final tax filings. I can prove that, too. We live in a modern and digital age, it's called screen shots and a printer. Times have changed but [redacted] is stuck in the past just like with his tax prepping. He doesn't even know how much can be filed and paid online these days. Hence the root cause for my complaint. In addition, and moreover, when I sent all my supporting tax documents and banking information to [redacted] and I then receive an e-mail saying that my Federal and State taxes have been completed and filed electronically, I would say it is safe of me to assume that Dane had done his job in entirety-- including payments to the government(s). Lastly, "time is money" and I did pay for it. I wrote out a check to [redacted] LLC on April 3, 2014 that had a "for" section. On that line, I wrote "time," because I paid him for his 10 minute phone call and extra two or three e-mails in regards to basic tax questions. All things he laughed at on the phone and never answered. I spent lots of time on the phone getting the state to answer my questions and I called other tax offices at NO cost. Silly me, suppose I could have spent my time Googling too, but instead trusted in this man to assist with something he claims he is so experienced in and that he simply loves to help people. I am a very happy person with a wonderful life. When someone tries to [redacted] me, I then become unhappy. Don't most people? [redacted] is one of those very upsetting people. Walk away people, walk away. . .
