I am rejecting this response because: I would like to know how any one signed statement that I had the truck towed to the shop when there was no one there except for DaleAs I have stated previously, I DROVE the truck to Dana's TiresI did not have the truck towed thereIf anyone signed a statement that I did have the truck towed there, it is a complete lieAlso, I was not emailed any information regarding this situationEvery conversation regarding the repairs on the truck was done in person or on the telephoneI was NOT told about the wrist pin or rod being bad and the engine needing replaced or rebuilt until I found a note on the floorboard of the truck AFTER the motor locked up Regards, [redacted] ***

August 10,2016On June 3,2016, I, [redacted] ***, DROVE a Ford Explorer Sport Trac that belongs to myboyfriend [redacted] to Dana's Tires in Nelsonville OhioI personally talked to Dale S [redacted] atthat time and advised him that there was a loud knocking noise in the motorHe told me that it wasprobably the timing chainI then asked him to give me a call after he had a chance to check out thetruck.Later the same day, Dale called me and advised me that: it was the timing chain that neededfixedHe advised me that it would cost $700-$and would take between 3-days to fix itI thenadvised him to go ahead with the repairs.Two weeks later, after not hearing from Dale, I called Dana's Tires and asked Dale what wasgoing onHe told me that he found another problem with the truckHe advised me that a valve and twocylinders needed replacedHe told me this repair would cost an additional $#1,and take a "goodweek" to fix itI told him to go ahead with the repairs.Four weeks later Dale called me and told me the truck was ready to be picked upI advised himthat I wouldn't be able to pick up the truck until after business hoursI asked him to leave the key in thetruck for meThat evening, [redacted] went to pick up the truckWhen he started the truck hecould still hear the same knocking noise in the motor and after driving the truck a couple of miles the oilpressure bottomed outHe turned around and took the truck back to Dana's Tires and left it.The following morning, I called Dane and advised him of the situation and advised him that Ineeded the problem taken care ofHe said he would see what was wrong and get back to me.On July 22, Dale called me and said that the truck was ready to be picked upMichael [redacted] went and picked up the truckOnce again he could still hear the same knocking noisecoming from the motorThe motor locked up on him on his way home and left him stranded on theroadHe had the truck towed to our homeI then started to remove some personal items from the truckand I found a note that was folded up and laying on the floor board of the driver's side of the truck( Ihave sent a copy of this note along with this statement)[redacted] nor myself were NEVER told that the rod bearings was bad and that the engine neededrebuilt or replaced as Dale statedWe were NEVER told that the motor would lock up or blow apart ifthe truck was drivenI also NEVER told Dale not to do any more work to the the truck and that I woulddrive it like that and take my chances.My mother, [redacted] is the person who paid for the services done to the truckShe is theperson whom should be reimbursed for this unfortunate situation.I feel a refund it completely foundedThank you [redacted] ***

*** *** and the owner of the Explorer dropped off the vehicle at my business,when we were closed so I don't know if it was drove in or towed in.I never heard the engine run to start with because the timing chain had issues.There was no way of telling what was going on in the
engine, only after the repairswere completeI was able to hear the engine run.*** *** and the owner of the explorer was well aware that the repairs wasgoing to be two to three weeks to complete.July 01, 2016, Customer called me at the beginning of the day to tell me there was aFord Explorer Sport Trac was sitting in the parking lot and that they thoughtthe timing chain had broken and the engine did not startI told *** ***, I wouldcheck it out firstAfter I did a diagnostic test I did find the timing chain rails in frontand the timing rails in the rear chain was broke and I gave them an estimate for partsand labor cost at $2,and this included pulling the engine, removing the cylinderheads to replace any bent intake or exhaust valves, replacing all timing tensionersand rails, gears and chains.After the repairs were complete, I was able to start the engine and heard a light knockingsound coming from the rod bearingsI called *** *** and the owner of Ford ExplorerI advised them that the rod bearings was bad and the only thing to do to fix it was to replaceengine or do a complete engine rebuild or a remanufactured engine*** ***advised me not to do nothing else and that they would drive it and see what happens,I told them I know what will happen, the engine is going to lock up or blow apart.Any refund or engine replacement from our business would be unfounded.On July 30, I get a email from Revdex.com of a complaint.Dale S*** 08-03-
