The response is just okIt rights the wrongs that were committed originally but doesn't do anything to makeup for the amount of time and stress it took to just purchase some glasses and contactsBetween the number of times*** drove to the store to find out the product wasn't ready to never really knowing what product was being delivered and what the cost would be, I consider their response the minimum
I just hope they fix this going forward for the sake of other customers because no one should ever experience this
