We are sorry to read this, and we are sorry to read the review this person leftBut, if another company gave him an estimate over the phone for lower price, without checking the door!! And he assume that we stole money from him, this is ridiculousWe have reputation of many years, never had a problemSome companied give a price over the phone, and then they add more moneyThis is not the way we operateBut, we are willing to solve this case since we have a perfect reputation: We can remove the spring we installed, and he can contact the company that gave him the “lower” price to do the job for this person We can refund him what he think was stolen from him We prefer the first option since we do not want him as a customer anymoreBut we will refund him the money he asked forLet us know what you prefer, we work with eitherThank you

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:I did not give the tech a tip I covered the taxes on the charge He gave me a bill that was not itemized; it just showed a bottom dollar number in the total section I was not happy with the price and immediately disputed the charge for the part Again, when I did dispute the charge of the part, I made the decision that it was not in my best interest to continue arguing with him I provided a screenshot of the exact part in my initial complaint I can get a quote from another business if the owner continues to refute what others charge my argument is s Simple: how can he possibly know how much another bisiness is charging when he himself does not adequately report any fees or services on his website

This is not the way we operate. But, we are willing to solve this case since we have a perfect reputation: 1.      We can remove the spring we installed, and he can contact the company that gave him the “lower” price to do the job for this person. 2.      We can refund him what he think was stolen from him.   We prefer the first option since we do not want him as a customer anymore.
