Review: In 2013, I visited [redacted] for the swelling of my left ankle. He assured me that repairing my left knee by surgery would fix the swelling to my left ankle. On 11/27/2013, he performed a left knee surgery on me at the [redacted] Hospital in [redacted], CT: Arthroscopy knee surgical Meniscectomy Med. or Lat. Seven months later I notified Dr. [redacted] that the swelling to the ankle was still there, and that the knee had no affect to swelling of the ankle. After several discussions, he referred me to his billing dept. and to speak to Kathy, then Judy, then Leslie, to remove the incurred surgery charges.NOTHING was done as of today. On 8/6/2015 I got a small claims notice from the [redacted] Hospital's Attorney [redacted] CT [redacted], ###-###-####, for the hospital charges of $500.00.Desired Settlement: Have Dr. [redacted] remove ALL hospital charges due of $500.00, and drop the small claims suit against me. If not, he will be liaible to a malpractice action against him.
