Review: I am missing a owners manual and a tool kit for a new atv I purchased from them. They included the wrong manual when I bought it and no tool kit as promised.

They mailed me another manual and again it is the incorrect one, here is the info:

The machine I have is a 2014 [redacted] But The book I got is for a

2014 [redacted] 2014 [redacted] It has nothing about the auto transmission.

I also went through the machine and did not find the tool kit you said was with it, so I'll need one of those too sent to me

I have tried to contact them and they have not responded. I am filing this complaint because they won't supply the correct manual and tool kit for this machine. I will contact [redacted] as wellDesired Settlement: I want the correct manual and tool kit for this atv.
