I live in *** that Danbury Property Management owns and is supposed to maintain. I am constantly emailing or calling with complaints on how the park is maintained and I never get any were. We pay monthly land rent and taxes to the park and they are supposed to maintain upkeep of roads, snow removal, pool and public bathrooms. Every year I have made complaints to this company of how terrible they are at the winter snow removal and this year alone I have sent 2 emails and they said they would look into matter and nothing has been done. Snow is not removed until a day or two after a storm and salt is never used. The roads are constantly snow and ice covered. I have mentioned to them several times that all sidewalks are blocked from them cleaning snow so children have to walk down center of road to get to bus stop and they slip on ice. Also the rural post office boxes that are in the park and blocked by snow covered sidewalks and ice covered. The park is 3/4 populated by elderly couple who have trouble getting around. As of this morning salt has yet to be used and most of the roads are still snow covered and my husband slipped and fell. When we contact Danbury they just say they will look into it.
Repair I want Danbury to start maintaining the roads and sidewalks to the standard they promise in our contracts and to the standard that every other business and town is required to maintain for the safety of the people who live there.
Danbury does not own ***. We are contracted to manage the park. I received a forwarded email complaint about snow removal on January 5, 2018 claiming I had not responded to an email. I found the email in my junk mail. I responded as soon as I returned from vacation on January 8th at 9:55am. I was away from Dec. 27th to Jan. 8th. There were no voice calls on this subject. Anyone in our office could have responded to a phone call. I would recommend calling with this type of issue. Sidewalks are each owner's responsibility, not the parks. I addressed the complaint with our snow removal guys immediately and hand delivered a letter to all the residents in the park on Thursday, January 11, 2018. We have been through 4 skids of salt so far this year. We emailed back and forth on January 10th about this issue.

I have not received any letter to my address regarding issue and my husband was told that they only went through 1 skid of salt, and another one ordered. When I left voice messages it was regarding other issues not regarding snow removal. I did not want my name to be used when Danbury was contacted. Original emails were sent in beginning of December. As usual they are telling different stories to different people. The sidewalks that are covered are covered by the snow removal of the man who plows them and coveres them himself. If I would of know that this is the way it would be handled were now they know I contacted you I would not have sent complaint.
We have obviously used more salt since your husband contacted us. If there is still a problem, you should contact the office. We have addressed all of your concerns. There are no different stories being told.
