Review: My wife and I recently went into the Weeks Pre-Owned Center Car Dealership to look for a [redacted]. We met with a Salesman who we spent time discussing cars available. The car we were looking for was not on the lot ,but the Salesman[redacted]. stated that he could get one if we did a credit check and gave a $500.00 deposit. The deposit was to be fully refundable,with no problems if we wanted to cancel,not continue,change, the model ,etc,FULLY REFUNDABLE as stated. We have since decided not to go forward with the car purchase and the Weeks Pre-Owned Center,"Pete" now states we cannot have the money refunded as promised. We have never even seen the car,and were led to believe the tranaction could be cancelled with out penalty. We were lied to and now are unable to have the money refunded as stated and promised fraudulentlyDesired Settlement: We would like a full refund ,as promised, of $500.00 from the Dealership
